Ashleigh Rothhammer began her entrepreneurial journey in 2013 when she created Rothhammer Consulting, LLC at the young age of 29. Specializing in digital advertising and marketing for insurance companies and agents, Ashleigh’s firm delivers cost effective results and reduces internal complexity while gaining momentum and attracting leads.

Believing that the secret of change is to focus all your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new, Ashleigh has built a name for herself within the advertising, marketing and networking field.

Beyond running her own company, Ashleigh also serves as the Director for Enterprise Development for Precise Leads, a Denver-based company that delivers high-intent insurance leads for agents, brokers and carriers. In this position, Ashleigh is responsible for bringing in large accounts and setting up affiliate partnerships. The idea of this role is a win-win; the consumer is matched with the right agent, the agent makes the sale and the partner benefits from that sale. Ashleigh’s role at Precise Leads is a turnkey approach to connecting the consumer to a trusted professional and to products that best fit the need of the consumer.

Making the right connections is something Ashleigh knows first-hand, having served as Vice President of Sales for both Quoteshark and Insurance Forums. At Quoteshark, Ashleigh mastered the art of organic marketing — and how to pursue it. The leadership at Quoteshark knows that content marketing is the way of the times and the future, and Ashleigh shares the same sentiment.

Insurance Forums showed Ashleigh how to monetize website content, but most importantly, her roll at the company allowed Ashleigh to develop her personal value statement, one which she still stands by today.

Care about the customer, not just about the sale or about the money, because both of those will come and go. But if you care about the customer, their success and contentment, you will have a customer for life. Bottom line: always care about the customer.

Ashleigh’s passion for the insurance and financial services field — and the women working within these sectors — is evident through the volunteer time she devotes to Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS), an organization devoted to attracting, developing and advancing women in the insurance and financial services industry. Within this organization she serves as National Director of Marketing and Growth and recently created the LeadHER blog.

Additional philanthropic efforts include work with the National Jewish Health fundraising committee, serving as Executive Board Member with Angel Eyes, serving as Board Member with Delta Gamma Beta Chi, and serving as the first ever Volunteer Chair for Mile High United Way on the organization’s Emerging Leaders Council.

Ashleigh’s accomplishments have been recognized in the form of the Pearl Circle of Excellence Award for 2016 and 2017. She is nominated for the 2017 Outstanding Women in Business awards by the Denver Business Journal. She is Google AdWords and Google Analytics Certified, and has held Series 6 and 63 licenses, along with a life and health license.

Ashleigh attended the University of Colorado where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with minors in both Finance and History. She currently lives outside of Denver with her husband Tyler, 3-year-old daughter Kinleigh and golden retriever Maverick.
